Arnica is widely known for it’s pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.

Uses

It has been used for arthritis (mostly smaller areas such as hands and feet), for bruises, skin inflammation (rashes, insect bites etc.) as well as for hair growth due to balding or hair loss.

Safety

Although this oil is GRAS a patch test is recommended for those with allergies. It is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breast feeding.
