Uses

Can help during times of stress, it is also good for the skin (wounds, eczema, acne) when combined with a carrier oil or into a bath and for respiratory problems (inhale or use a diffuser).  May also be used for insomnia.

Safety

"GRAS, however it is recommended to consult a physician before use. Do not put the oil directly on the skin. Dilute it with a carrier oil. A skin patch test is highly recommended.
